Since its inception, Two Trees Inc. has sponsored, co-sponsored, and presented at many events involving learning and cross-cultural collaboration including: Lakota Rose Madison Community Event (DuBois, Pennsylvania, Oct. 8, 2004); Lakota Rose Youth Outreach Event (Children's Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio, Oct. 20, 2004; Lakota's® Bridge - Service and Service Learning: Building or Burning Bridges (University of Dayton, Nov. 13, 2004); Making Relations 1 - a gathering of communities for the making of relations, sharing of cultures, healing, and celebration (Little Eagle and Pine Ridge, South Dakota, March 19-22, 2005);
 
Expressions - a celebration of the arts and artists (DuBois, Pennsylvania, April 30, 2005); Lakota's® Bridge - Making Relations Through the Arts (University of Dayton, Nov. 7, 2005); Making Relations 2 - a gathering of communities for the making of relations, sharing of cultures, healing, and celebration (Little Eagle, South Dakota, March 11-16, 2006); Native American Awareness Week 1 – a series of events focusing on Native American culture (University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio, November 13-16, 2006);
 
Making Relations 3 – another gathering of communities for the making of relations, (Little Eagle, South Dakota, March 11-15, 2007); Native American Awareness Week 2 – film screenings, guest speakers, storytelling events related to Native American culture (University of Dayton+Sunwatch Village, Dayton, Ohio, November 6-8, 2007); Making Relations 4 – another gathering of communities for the making of relations and the start of construction for the community center, (Little Eagle, South Dakota, March 14-22, 2008);
 
Native People's Celebration Week – film screenings, guest speakers, storytelling, seminars, and ceremonial events related to Native American culture (University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio, October 29 - November 4, 2008); Making Relations 5 – another gathering of communities for the exchange of cultures (Little Eagle and Eagle Butte, South Dakota, April 3-11, 2009); Native Peoples Celebrate the Peacemakers – Guest speakers, storytelling, seminars, performance, and environmental events (University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio, October 25-28, 2009); Making Relations 6 – another gathering of communities for the exchange of cultures (Little Eagle, South Dakota, May 3-12, 2010); and
 
Native Peoples Celebrate the Human Nation – Guest speakers, storytelling, seminars, and performance events (University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio, October 14-16, 2010). Many events involved participants from Ohio, Pennsylvania, North and South Dakota, West Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, and Canada. In collaboration with Ga-Li, Two Trees, Inc. has and continues to support the mural art project that involves the creation and display of murals made by diverse communities in South Dakota, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

All events we have been involved with have been filmed with the intention of producing multi-media materials in written, video and audio form. All publications produced by Two Trees, Inc. will be distributed through our Fundraising Store on a non-profit basis to organizations and individuals who will promote the vision of Lakota Rose Madison and the mission of Two Trees, Inc.


Two Trees, Inc. can assist groups, organizations and groups in setting up and running community empowerment and cross-cultural events.
